Install temporary power from the building to our jobsite trailer. d. Begin forming the building foundation footings. ISSUES AND CHALLENGES: a. Safety of the onlookers was a concern again this week, but we were able to install temporary fencing around the jobsite perimeter on 11/16/07. Please understand that the temporary fence is up for everyone’s protection, so please do not move any of the fencing unless it is absolutely necessary. The entrance on the West side of the property will now be closed at all times. ISSUES RELATED TO COSTS: a. Began excavation for lowering the basement footings and slab one foot in order to achieve approximately eight feet of head room in the basement. During excavation we ran into rock, we presented and gained approval for the additional costs for hammering out the rock.
